C. TERMS OF IMPLEMENTATION:
Tuition fee reductions and scholarships admission are based on the student’s tuition fee each semester;
Students are at least considered to have 01 tuition fee reduction policy and 01 scholarship policy simultaneously (only the highest admission will be applied if the student meets conditions in each policy);
In case a student is considered for a tuition fee reduction and a scholarship simultaneously:
Applying the tuition fee reduction policy in advance
Apply the scholarship policy depends on the reduced tuition fee
Personal relationships are determined according to the provisions of law;
In case after enrollment, the student’s relatives no longer work at Tan Tao Group, the policy achieved by the student will be valid until the end of the next year.
In 2023, with the consent and authorization of the Board of Directors of the ITA Foundation, it developed and implemented a plan to award 100 full scholarships to talented students across the country to study at Tan Tao University (TTU):
School Recipents
– High school students in Grade 12, freshmen at universities, aged from 18 to 20 years old;
– Having the will to rise, progress, and aspiration in study and life demonstrated through the activities, academic achievements achieved and meeting the interview criteria of the Talent Scholarship Selection Council of the university. Fund.
(*) Priority is given to the following subjects: Poor households, whose father (or mother) died because of the Covid-19 epidemic, elected by the province/city (with a contract with the school), and ethnic minorities.

1. Ranked Good (credit), Very good (distinction) and Well conduct in three years of study in grade 10, 11,12
2. TTU Students graduated from High school or admitted to TTU.
· For students who wish to admit to the Medicine major, they will receive a full-ride scholarship when they graduated from High school and ranked Very good (distinction) in grade 12.
How to apply for admission
§ Compulsory criteria:
1. The students ranked Good and Very Good on average score of 10th grade, 11th grade and 12th grade 1st semester, meeting the admission policy at high school
2. The students passed the interview of Talent Scholarship Selection Council of the project.

1. Grade 12 students who won high awards in international cultural exams for the school year 2022-2023: Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals;
2. Grade 12 students who won the First, Second, Third and Consolation awards in the National Excellent Student Competition for Cultural subjects for the school year 2022-2023;
3. Grade 12 students won the First, Second, Third and Consolation awards in the Provincial/City Excellent Student Competition in cultural subjects for the school year 2022-2023;
4. Grade 12 students who have the performance on the top of 10 highest students in the School in the 12th grade , introduced by the High School Principal/Management Board;
5. Attaining 25 – 30 scores (for the combination of 3 subjects at the TTU’s admission test (excluding priority and regional points) in the National high school exam of the school year 2022-2023;
6. Attaining 27 – 30 Study Record scores (in total score of 3 subjects at the TTU’s admission test, excluding priority and regional points);
7. Attaining 45 – 50 Study Record scores of 5 semesters (2 semesters of Grade 10, 2 semesters of Grade 11, semester 1 of Grade 12);
8. Attaining 900 – 1200 scores in Competence assessment test scores (exams organized by Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi National University);
9. Students with achievements and rewards in scientific research, physical training and sports, and cultural activities at the provincial level or higher;
10. Students who have certificates or certificates of merit, other records related to their academic and training achievements during high school;
11. Students who have a valid International English Certificate (up to the date of application submission) of IELTS Academic 5.0 or higher, Duolingo English Test score of 75 or higher or TOEFL iBT 61 or higher.

Conditions for maintaining the annual scholarship (GPA out of 4)
– To maintain a 100% full – ride scholarship for each academic year and for the entire course, students need to meet the following requirements:
Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 4 or higher;
To successfully complete enough credits and the number of subjects in each semester according to the program requirements prescribed by the Faculty;
Do not fail the course, retake the exam, owe the subject and do not get a C score or lower in any subject;
To have positive contributions on movement activities, cultural and artistic activities, physical training and sports, scientific research, etc. of the Faculty and the University;
Do not violate the law, student regulations, training regulations, regulations of the Faculty, the University and other relevant regulations.
In case students do NOT ACHIEVE GPA of 3.4 or higher, the project will take consideration basing on every situation to grant scholarship as follows:
The cumulative grade point average (GPA) from 3.2 to less than 3.4: 50% for the next academic year;
The cumulative grade point average per year (GPA) below 3.2: NO scholarship for the next academic year..

Full–ride scholarship agreement contract
– All students who receive a full–ride scholarship will sign with the project a full–ride scholarship agreement that demonstrates the student’s commitment to determination and effort to study and practice to meet the project’s scholarship requirements. (Contract attached).

Candidates’ application for Tan Tao University Admisson is based on each method below:
Object 1: Direct admission relied on regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Object 2: Graduation from Vietnamese High school or equivalent (in the form of formal education or continuing education)
Object 3: Papers Exam Result of National High School Graduation Exam in 2023 and Subjects Result meet the TTU admission, graduated from high school or equivalent according to the regulations of the Ministry Education & Training.
Object 4: Results of the competency assessment exam authorized by National University of Ho Chi Minh City in 2023, graduation from high school or equivalent according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Tan Tao University includes 4 admission methods applicable to all undergraduate majors in 2023, which are:
Method 1: Direct admission, priority admission including priority following the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Method 2: Admission is based on National High School Graduation Exam Results in 2023
Method 3: Admission is based on Competency Assessment exam results authoried by National University of Ho Chi Minh City in 2023.
Method 4: Admission is based on High school transcripts:
+ Form 1: Base on the total average score of 05 semesters (02 semesters in Grade 10, 02 semesters in Grade 11 and the 1st semester in Grade 12) (except for Medicine major, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Techniques major);
+ Form 2: Base on grade 12 transcripts relied on combinations of 3 subjects according to TTU’s regulations on subject combinations (For those applying for Health Sectors, candidates must meet the input quality assurance standard following the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and are not required to register for the combination of subjects);

1.5. Input Quality Assurance Standard – Enrollment eligibility
1.5.1 Method 1: Direct admission, priority admission following the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Pursuant to the University Enrollment Regulation; College Enrollment for Preschool Education promulgated by Ministry of Education and Training, Tan Tao University gives priority to direct admission candidates based on the following categories:
Category 1: High-school graduates who are summoned for the National team selection exam to participate in the International Olympic Games, or play a role in national team members for the International Science and Technology Competition, will be considered for direct admission to Tan Tao University relied on their competition subjects or on their competition performance. In case candidates selected for International Olympic Competitions or International Science and Technology competitions have not graduated from high school, their results is preserved until the end of graduation year;
Category 2: High-school graduates who are Winners, Runners-up and 2nd runners-up in the National Exam for Excellent Students, or in the National Science and Technology contests will be considered for direct admission to Tan Tao University relied on their competition subjects or on their competition performance related to the prizes;
Category 3: High-school graduates who are Winners, Runners-up and 2nd runners-up in competitions for Excellent Students, Science and Technology contests, talent contests and sports competitions in their province/ city and have average scores in grade 12 from 6.5 points. Particularly, to those who register for the Health sectors, be an excellent students in grade 12 and have an average grade score of 8.0 is a must;
Category 4: High-school graduates from Specialized schools, Elementary schools have an average score in grade 12 from 8.0. Particularly, to those who register for the Health sectors, qualified as an excellent student in grade 12 is a must.
Category 5: For the English Study major, High-school graduates owning International IELTS Academic 6.0 band-score; TOEFL iTB from 80 points, Duolingo English Test from 95 points or more and have an average score in grade 12 of 6.5 points will receive a direct admission.
Category 6: High-school graduates from Educational Partners which have signed agreements on career counseling, enrollment, skills training, have a letter of recommendation from the principal and have an average score in grade 12 of 8.0. Particularly, to those who register for the Health sectors, qualified as an excellent student in grade 12 is a must.

For those who apply for the Health sectors using the method based on results of the 2023 competency assessment exam authorized by National University of Ho Chi Minh City, candidates must meet the input quality assurance standard prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training.
The admission score is the total score of the 2023 competency assessment test authorized by National University of Ho Chi Minh City (relied on the scale of 1200) and plus the region priority points the current Admission Regulations. The admission process is carried out under the descending principle until the criteria is met.
1.5.4 Method 4: Admission is based on High school transcripts:
Form 1: Base on the total average score of 05 semesters (02 semesters in Grade 10, 02 semesters in Grade 11 and the 1st semester in Grade 12) (except for Medicine major, Nursing major, Medical Laboratory Techniques major);
Input quality assurance standard: the total average score of 05 semesters is from 0 or higher (on a 10-point scale);
Admission eligibility:

+ When candidates ensure the conditions for consideration: The admission score is the sum of tests score/exams score (on a 10-point) scale for each test/subject of each combination and plus the region priority points relied on current enrollment regulations. Form 2: Base on Grade 12 Transcripts
For the Health sectors
Base on grade 12 transcripts for those applying for Health Sectors must meet the input quality assurance standard following the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
For the Medicine major, student must qualified as EXCELLENT students in grade 12 and graduate from high school.
For the Nursing major and Medical Laboratory Techniques major, student must qualified as GOOD students in grade 12 or higher and graduate from high school.

C. TERMS OF IMPLEMENTATION:
Tuition fee reductions and scholarships admission are based on the student’s tuition fee each semester;
Students are at least considered to have 01 tuition fee reduction policy and 01 scholarship policy simultaneously (only the highest admission will be applied if the student meets conditions in each policy);
In case a student is considered for a tuition fee reduction and a scholarship simultaneously:
Applying the tuition fee reduction policy in advance
Apply the scholarship policy depends on the reduced tuition fee
Personal relationships are determined according to the provisions of law;
In case after enrollment, the student’s relatives no longer work at Tan Tao Group, the policy achieved by the student will be valid until the end of the next year.

1.5.1 Practice 1: Direct admission, priority admission following the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Pursuant to the University Enrollment Regulation; College Enrollment for Preschool Education promulgated by Ministry of Education and Training, Tan Tao University gives priority to direct admission candidates based on the following categories:
Category 1: High-school graduates who are summoned for the National team selection exam to participate in the International Olympic Games, or play a role in national team members for the International Science and Technology Competition, will be considered for direct admission to Tan Tao University relied on their competition subjects or on their competition performance. In case candidates selected for International Olympic Competitions or International Science and Technology competitions have not graduated from high school, their results is preserved until the end of graduation year;
Category 2: High-school graduates who are Winners, Runners-up and 2nd runners-up in the National Exam for Excellent Students, or in the National Science and Technology contests will be considered for direct admission to Tan Tao University relied on their competition subjects or on their competition performance related to the prizes;
Category 3: High-school graduates who are Winners, Runners-up and 2nd runners-up in competitions for Excellent Students, Science and Technology contests, talent contests and sports competitions in their province/ city and have average scores in grade 12 from 6.5 points. Particularly, to those who register for the Health sectors, be an excellent students in grade 12 and have an average grade score of 8.0 is a must;
Category 4: High-school graduates from Specialized schools, Elementary schools have an average score in grade 12 from 8.0. Particularly, to those who register for the Health sectors, qualified as an excellent student in grade 12 is a must.
Category 5: For the Faculty of English language, High-school graduates owning International IELTS Academic 6.0 band-score; TOEFL iTB from 80 points, Duolingo English Test from 95 points or more and have an average score in grade 12 of 6.5 points will receive a direct admission.
Category 6: High-school graduates from Educational Partners which have signed agreements on career counseling, enrollment, skills training, have a letter of recommendation from the principal and have an average score in grade 12 of 8.0. Particularly, to those who register for the Health sectors, qualified as an excellent student in grade 12 is a must.

a. Input quality assurance standard:
Candidates registered for the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Medical Laboratory Techniques with the total score of 3 exams/subjects A00, B00, B08, D07 and priority points (if any) must be equal to or above the minimum score of the input quality assurance standard determined by the Ministry of Education and Training. The admission score is determined by the Admission Council of Tan Tao University.
Candidates who register for other faculties (except for the group of Health sectors) the total score of 3 exams/subjects relied on regulation of Tan Tao University and the priority points (if any) must be equal to or above the minimum score of the the input quality assurance standard powerred by Tan Tao University. * After being considered for meeting the scholarship selection criteria and passing the interview results of the Talent Scholarship Selection Council of the project, the candidate will take the English proficiency test organized by TTU. Depending on the results of the English proficiency test and the candidate’s aspirations, the candidate will be arranged and granted a full – ride scholarship for the curriculums teaching in Vietnamese or in English (Talented Bachelor’s class).
Conditions for maintaining the annual scholarship (GPA out of 4)
– To maintain a 100% full – ride scholarship for each academic year and for the entire course, students need to meet the following requirements:
Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 4 or higher;
To successfully complete enough credits and the number of subjects in each semester according to the program requirements prescribed by the Faculty;
Do not fail the course, retake the exam, owe the subject and do not get a C score or lower in any subject;
To have positive contributions on movement activities, cultural and artistic activities, physical training and sports, scientific research, etc. of the Faculty and the University;
Do not violate the law, student regulations, training regulations, regulations of the Faculty, the University and other relevant regulations.
In case students do NOT ACHIEVE GPA of 3.4 or higher, the project will take consideration basing on every situation to grant scholarship as follows:
The cumulative grade point average (GPA) from 3.2 to less than 3.4: 50% for the next academic year;
The cumulative grade point average per year (GPA) below 3.2: NO scholarship for the next academic year..

Full – ride scholarship agreement contract
– All students who receive a full – ride scholarship will sign with the project a full – ride scholarship agreement that demonstrates the student’s commitment to determination and effort to study and practice to meet the project’s scholarship requirements. (Contract attached).
